Any product that has not been used, washed, or worn can be returned to us within 90 days of purchase with receipt. The final sale price at time of purchase will be fully refunded to the original form of payment (excluding shipping fees). Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
We currently only accept returns purchased from a WithMe store. Purchases made from any of our brand partner stores can not be processed or returned by WithMe.

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
All fragrance must be returned unused, unopened, with an unbroken seal and in their original packaging, otherwise, they will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
WithMe reserves the right to mark down any and all merchandise sold in its stores, with or without future notice to its customers. We do not currently offer price adjustments for items that have been marked down, regardless of the date of purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned for any reason.
Customers that purchased items on or before June 16, 2016, may request a price adjustment for items that have been marked down. Only one price adjustment will be allowed per item. Please show a copy of your receipt to a WithMe store manager for more details.
